Accommodator Finance Company Announces New Vice President

Accommodator Finance Company (AFC) has appointed Kevin Levine as its new Vice President. Levine will be responsible for client development, overseeing all client files, brokering deals and counseling clients on 1031 tax deferment options. Founding partners Gil Priel and Eli Tene feel that Levine will contribute to Accommodator's varied goals. "Levine will bring the leadership needed to give AFC the latest solutions and the tax advantage for its large client base," Priel says.

With over six years in the real estate industry, Levine comes to Accommodator from Marcus and Millichap where he began his brokerage career and specialized in retail investment properties. Prior to Marcus and Millichap, Levine did auditing for the state of California. Levine began his professional work experience at Merrill Lynch where he gained a solid understanding of the finance industry.

Levine has shown that his customer service-oriented approach will prove beneficial. "We have already received consistent referrals and my goal is for this to continue as well as grow our funds and assist our clients with their 1031 needs," Levine says.

As an expert in the real estate and finance industry, Levine is utilizing this expertise to assess the current economic climate and how the 1031 process will be affected. Levine explains.
Levine is also a licensed real estate broker who has been involved in numerous single tenant and shopping center transactions nationwide.
