Gil Priel, Principal
Priel began his 30-year real estate career in investment and development by privately funding a group of commercial and real estate acquisitions in the Los Angeles area. In 1980, Priel was appointed Vice President of Gor Construction and Development, and followed as President of Priel Investment Properties, Inc. Ten years later, Priel joined forces with Eli Tene to build a platform of companies known as the Corporate Network, which is a one-stop-shop of various real estate services. He received his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge and holds a Law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Eli Tene, Principal
Tene is specialized in commercial joint ventures, foreclosures, residential and commercial real estate, financing, loss mitigation and the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has managed various real estate portfolios and gained invaluable experience in pricing and analytics. Tene received his education at California State University, Northridge.

Kevin Levine, Executive Vice President
With over 8 years of real estate industry background, Levine specializes in 1031 Exchanges and industrial and retail real estate. He began his professional career at Merill Lynch where he gained a firm understanding of the finance industry. After auditing for the state of California for a short period of time, Levine joined Marcus & Millichap where he began his brokerage career and specialized in retail investment properties. In October of 2006, Levine was named Vice President of Accommodator and now oversees all client files, coordinates transactions and counsels clients regarding 1031 exchanges. In April of 2007, Levine was featured as a 1031 Exchange Expert in an article of L.A. Direct titled “Power Brokers.” Levine received a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Pamela Baldwin-Flores, Assistant VP, Business Development
Pamela Baldwin-Flores began her career over 30 years ago as an escrow assistant in Beverly Hills, California. By age 27, Pamela was named President of an Independent Escrow Company with offices located throughout the Southern California area, specializing in multi-family, commercial, and industrial escrows with a expertise in the area of 1031 tax deferred exchanges. As her career has advanced, Pamela has acted in roles of Los Angeles County Escrow Manager, Regional Escrow Administrator, and County Title and Escrow Manager for major national title insurers. She also held the position of President of First American Exchange Corporation of California for over 5 years. Baldwin-Flores has recently joined the team at Accommodator Finance Company as Director of Business Development where she will apply her extensive experience in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges to grow and develop a national business plan for the company.

Brenda Rosado, Sr. Exchange Officer
Rosado brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and over 10 years specializing in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, including personal property exchanges. She began her career at Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., as a foreclosure real estate paralegal and gained a solid understanding of the foreclosure and real estate litigation issues. Rosado later joined First American Exchange Company in 1998 and jump started her career as a prominent Exchange Officer. She received her Certified Exchange Specialist® designation in 2003. |
